Mark Jeffreys
Principal Solicitor
Mark Jeffreys, Principal Solicitor for PCLS since 2022, brings a wealth of experience to the Executive team. Mark is an accomplished Solicitor, with a degree in Criminology and Bachelor of Laws, being admitted to practice in 2007. Mark has significant experience working in the justice system, with Queensland Police Service and Community Corrections. Having worked in private practice as a generalist Solicitor with a focus on Criminal and Family Law matters, Mark is now ideally placed leading a team to provide legal services and advocacy to the Pilbara community. Mark is compassionate, resilient, client focused and demonstrates integrity and respect in all interactions with clients, team members and stakeholders alike – all qualities of inspirational leadership.
Kristiana Carroll
Corporate Services Manager
PCLS Corporate Services Manager since 2023, Kristiana Carroll is an accomplished and highly dynamic professional with strong analytical, strategic planning, and commercial acumen. A Certified Practicing Accountant, Kristiana also holds a Bachelor of Business, Graduate Certificate of Business Administration, Master of Accounting, and is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws. Kristiana is highly motivated and has expertise in financial management, business performance improvement, budgeting and forecasting, and regulatory compliance.
As a dedicated team player with a collaborative leadership style, Kristiana fosters long-term partnerships with a variety of teams, clients, senior leaders, and stakeholders. Thriving in high-pressure and deadline-driven environments, Kristiana consistently drives operational excellence, making her an invaluable asset to the executive and broader team.
Angie Perry-Mansell
People and Culture Manager
An experienced People and Culture Manager, with post-graduate qualifications in Public Health and Human Resources Management. Commencing at PCLS in 2023, Angie Perry-Mansell is passionate about fostering a workplace environment where employees thrive, and organisational goals are met with enthusiasm and innovation. Angie’s expertise spans across talent acquisition, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, performance management, and organisational development.
