Domestic Violence
Our service is available to assist and act for victims of domestic violence in obtaining restraining orders.
Criminal Injuries Compensation
Our lawyers can provide advice and ongoing assistance for victims of criminal offences who have suffered an injury as a result of that offence.
Important:
Time limits
Potential clients should note that many legal matters have strict time limitations attached. This means that the time that a potential applicant has to seek advice or to start a court application or other process is limited, in some cases to as little as 12 months. If you have a legal matter – you should get advice as soon as possible.
Criminal matters
PCLS does not provide advice and assistance in relation to criminal matters. For criminal matters, please contact Legal Aid 1300 650 579.
