Tenancy Advocacy
The Tenancy Advocacy and Education Service operated by PCLS is able to provide free advice and assistance to individuals who are experiencing problems with their tenancies.
Our assistance can include a wide range of activities for example:
Help resolve issues when the tenant is unsure what they can do
Assist tenants to negotiate with lessors
Assist tenants to fill out forms
Apply to the court and/or represent tenants in court
